The challenge
Food processing machinery is a considered, high-value purchase. Buyers want to see a machine running, understand its output, and trust the maker before they call. Traditional channels like trade fairs and referrals were slow, and the brand had little presence where small food businesses were already looking: on their phones.
Objectives
- Build a credible Instagram presence for the brand
- Show machines in real operation so buyers understand what they get
- Generate enquiries from genuine buyers, not curiosity clicks
Strategy
Instead of catalogue-style posts, the content showed machines doing real work: ingredients going in, finished product coming out, with the output and use case on screen. Each post answered one buyer question. Enquiries were directed to a single contact route so they could be counted and followed up.
Creative execution
- Short machine-in-action reels
- Captions written around buyer questions: capacity, product, space needed
- Consistent posting rhythm
- Enquiry handling through direct messages and calls
